this is a beautiful piece! The eye on its own has a wonderful contrast with the black ink causing intense shadows, while the colour just draws the responder right into the centre of the image. The tears seem to flow upwards into the eye, rather than the other way around, and that is a lovely, mezmorizing effect. beautiful!
