Duh-DU-DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *dramatic music from Incredible Hulk 70s series plays right before the 'sickly green eyes' sighting takes place!*
Oh man, here we go, Sandra has finally lost it with all the recollection moments that caused her to relive her mom's death! Incoming, 'sickly green eyes' scene as BearBear and Dim mentioned in previous comments Zero, woohoo!!! Its very interesting to see how the women react to seeing Sandra's 'greenish' eyes for the first time, as each expression captured at this moment is perfectly executed Z! I love Sandra's reaction and expression most of all as the angry/fear combination of recalling this terrible moment has now reached a boiling point and now, EXPLOSION!!!
I bet the tension in the room is so thick, you can cut it with a knife, Superb way of capturing such a dramatic scene Zero, all I have to say in closing is 'HERE WE GO!!!'

Is it anger or sadness of losing her mother that is triggering the transformation?

In Sandra are both emotions strongly present. But for the transformation is the anger responsible. She was angry that she could not do anything and simply stand by and watched as the building burned where her mother was.

Sandra was very absorbed in her thoughts, like a daydream. I just got oriented by the old Hulk series. When David woke up from a nightmare and there began the transformation was the first look more shocking than angry.
