No idea why they chose to have pecs the same color as his face, and I actually don't have any problem with the claws at all
but his boooooooooooooots what the fuuuuuuuuuuuck
Sigma's first 2 redesigns are weird to me, not very cohesive at all.
Neat thing though, Neo Sigma has basically the same colors as Sigma, just tinted a lil' differently, so I just used my excel spreadsheet to mirror the changes across the palettes. Neat (to me, at least)
So-- that rounds out X2, a truly stand-out sequel in my opinion. Not quite as perfect to me as X1, but it's only little things that compounded (and I wasn't as fond of the "sound font") but still more than 4 stars out of 5 in my book
