Finished another Pokemon OC belonging to my friend Alyssia,

This is her OC Serenity, along with two of her Iconic Pokemon, Clefairy and Espeon.

In our custom story, Serenity's Destiny is bound to the legendary Pokemon, Celebi. Serenity is a mute child until she meets Celebi and saves it from a grave injury. As thanks, Celebi gives it's voice to Serenity, allowing her to speak for the first time, but the gift also allows her to hear the voices of other Pokemon, giving her quite a unique ability. She is originally from the Johto region, but travels across all the other regions with her friends, Selene ( OC), Skye (My OC), and others.

Decided to finally draw her because I drew a whole bunch of our other Pokemon OC's and Serenity was left out... lol. So here she is. Hope you guys like her!
