Simply mind-blowing!!! Honestly, I haven't seen anyone capture so much character in a drawing and the detail is just spectacular! On this picture I can't find a particular detail to comment about because everything is amazing!!

Beautiful work!  How do you get the lighter hairs?  Do you drawing and shade around them, emboss the paper first, use a fine eraser and lift the graphite, scratch them out?

Thanks. I use a few methods- Draw and shade around them and the enhance it using tombow mono zero eraser/ Indenting the paper with an indent tool.
