Tea, a good book, AND a cute, quiet little café? Sounds like the perfect day to me. 
The thick outlines of all the objects, along with the detailed shading of their colors, really helps this piece feel real and alive, as if I were actually sitting across from this person with some soft music and hushed fellow customers murmuring in the background. The contented facial expression of the artist (?) conveys the intended mood of inner calm and relaxation perfectly, and the flowers behind her and the sparkles in her hair are nice touches, too.
All in all, fantastic stuff! Keep up the good work!
