Nah mom. I would rather do what I love and be poor than get rich and do something I hate, stuck in a cycle of 9-5, everyday is the same, bland and boring! What would be the point of living then?

This is a gorgeous image, with a lot of thought put into it; for that I applaud you. To be honest I entirely agree, you should do something you love for an occupation. But some people believe the only reason we work is for money so enjoying it or not doesn't matter, when it does, because it effects how you act whilst working.

Something about your painting... It starts off seeming like it should be realistic but you can always track colors that don't look like they should be there or really rough lines that almost seem haphazard or aspects that really stand out as being abnormal...but when taking it all in, it feels so very real. All of your choices really evoke a feeling rather than an image. So yeah. I don't know if that came out right. Basically, I love the way you paint. It feels very honest.
