It will work in SAI the layers, however, might not be as organized as if you were to open the file in photoshop.

What program are you using and is it the psd. file?

im susing gimp and yeah it's the psd file but it's all messed up when i try to open it :/

there should be at least one suported gimp file. another person had a similar issue with the psd. not opening properly in gimp bc gimp sometimes doesn't support the psd file formats with 16bit color. it will support the reformatted 8 bit file though. if not and you are still having trouble please let me know.

One thing, please don't remove the line art from the reference sheets, it removes my watermark and takes away from the whole product being given. I would not want someone to go looking for a product that doesn't exist.

I would really prefer if they weren't separated as I plan to sell the lines individually later on. If you wish to purchase just the lines then let me know, I am going to be putting up new line arts for sale sometime soon. I do appreciate that you've credited me, but sometimes its too easy to steal things when theres no watermark, I've had more then one person try to take my work and make money off of it.

I'll probably be posting a few different headshot lines, (all with bases) all the foal lines, most of my other line arts that haven't quite made it off my comp as well. I'll be uploading a great many things that people can purchase or download. Some of my older or smaller sized line arts may go up for free use later as well. I'm not sure yet so no guarantees.

its no problem, I did change a few things in the newer upload, there was a few things wrong with the bridle layers and for some reason I coloured in an eye on the main bridle layer......

Okay! there is currently an error with the file download! I am working to fix this but I might need my tech support mega genius to help me out so until this is able to be downloaded and edited properly please refrain from "letting me know" I will get it fixed guys promise! for those of you who have already Purchased let me know if you do get a successful download! then I'll know I'm doing something right. No, I chose to keep it gender neutral, if you wish to add them you may but please make sure you let others know if you've made that edit for your character specifically. I wouldn't want a bunch of people being disappointed or angry that they saw the artwork being used elsewhere and the original is different.

try downloading now, it should work I got mine to download properly.... not so sure on file size though, I had to shrink it down quite a bit to make deviantart accept the file size.

Just one thing, the file is rather messy. :/
From what the image looked like, I thought Mane/Tail, Eyes and Hooves would be easy to color in. But there's just one color layer, and the black bridle's color isn't even inside the lines, there is just one bridle with metal parts colored... Also no layers with already colored mane/tail (besides braided), hooves, eye.
Just my opinion, but if you'd fix that, it'd be awesome! Also, maybe you could add male-parts? And make bridle removeable?

possibly, I had to remove my layers and put them onto a new canvas. All the bridle layers should be clipping masks, they might've come undone when I re-formatted the canvas...Before I had everything grouped and neat.

gimp won't support the psd file there should be another file with your download that is gimp suported.
