Couple of things, lower the mouth a little, re-position the eye ((it looks kinda awkward, and add an eyebrow xD

I admit the mouth looks kinda arkward.
I asked a friend about the rest and she showed me it's not the position of the eye itself, but rather
the shape of the overall face and the eye s propably a bit too big-
Also the line above the eye is and eyebrow, not an eyelid. It's hard to make out, you're right-
Anyway I know know were I can work on to improve, so this was really helpful~
