- Chatot perches on the branch of a sakura tree peering at the path ahead...
Something I did in Photoshop out of boredom. I thought I'd try to draw him/her in a lineart-less style and a music sheet-themed background. Just keepin' it simple on this picture...
- I would appreciate some comments rather than favorites alone.

Obviously you stole it if it didn't belong to you and yet you claimed it as yours. Improper spelling and punctuation doesn't have anyone buying your story either. Feel free to put up your own artwork, but unclaim everything you have in your gallery that isn't yours. Believe me when I say the truth will be found out.
Being "new" isn't an excuse.

Secondly, I am protecting the original artists from art theives like yourself who have to take other people's art and claim it as their own 'cause they don't want to draw their own things.
Lastly, you shouldn't be stealing other people's work and claiming it as your own anyways.

There is nothing wrong with showing my pictures in other places as long as you let people know that I drew it. But the fact that you titled it "my art" is technically claiming it as yours. If you really want my artwork to show up on your page then just simply add it to favorites so I get the credit I deserve for my work. Even schools enforce the rule to give credit where it is do.
Also, people who join DeviantART don't have to be amazing artists, or even artists at all. We have people who don't draw who are here for other reasons such as giving feedback on art, socializing on the forums, etc.

Thanks, I wanted to try something different than my normal coloring/lineart style and this is how it turned out. And thanks for the feedback on the background, I wanted to choose something that suited the Pokemon so I chose grayscale music notes.
