the tips: Try to get the ballon more apart of the compositon that won't fight or push off the picture. *I am pointing to the one on his shoulder~*
I would usually prefer a thiner line for the ballon than the picture outline, so it doesn't weight too heavy over your visual content. Make sure it plays a supportive role, not the main attraction.
