OKAY OKAY my OC Neo is really good friends with my other OC David. It all happened on Neo's birthday. David had no idea what to get for Neo tho.. Since David is really cheap and hates spending his money he was really sad. David then went strolling on the beach and yelled to the sky, "WHY?! What should I get for NEO?!" Then a painting magically washed up on shore catching David's attention. (the cat painting of course) he reached out to it and said, "HAS GOD ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS?! This is puurfect!!" THE EEEND KEEKEEKEKEKEKEKE
