Okay, so *spoilers* it's the scene of Germany's and Prussia's death in the first time loop. They were the last ones to die in front of Italy's eyes and he couldn't believe it. Germany and Prussia found the key to get out of the house and ordered Italy to get out without them. He didn't want to, so Germany said he'd let him run ten laps if he disobeyed.*spoilers end*
