Description
Commissioned me to give her character Celeste the robotization treatment.For this design I really wanted to preserve Celeste's purity and innocence so I tried to make her features as delicate and ethereal.
For her 'dress' I decided to go with a holographic projection via the rounded holo emiters on her hips. It was my first time developing such a look so I'm not sure if the result is quite right.
Right from the start, I opted not to design her in anyway that would pertain to combat or any specific role to speak of. She is basicly a metallic embodiment of purity and gentleness.

How very elegant! I love your take on this, and as usual, the articulation of all the metal panels and parts is excellent. LOVE your idea for her skirt! (looks like she's not around anymore though, wonder why?

When you shot for an innocent and delicate look, you hit the nail on the head for it.
I have no complaints for this other then the upper torso looking a smidge wide, shoulder-width wise, but it's negligable. =3
What inspired the inclusion of a hologram emition system for the "Dress?" And Is the hair on that character solid, and not-flowing? or is it a very light, and cloth-like consistancy metal to permit a more natural hair-like design?

Credit where credit is due. You did a perfectly good job on the holographic dress skirt. Though the background color you chose make it hard to tell it apart from the rest of the image. Now I can pretend her that the rest of her dress is just an image over her metal form as well, heh-heh!
Looking at her tail makes me wonder.. what the heck is inside that thing and how does it work now? Is it mostly hollow or what?
Nice job on the feet, they look as agile as ever.
And the emitters on the back of her hands are a nice touch. I assume the gem on her body is just for decoration or the like. Hope she never gets bored with it nice it's now a part of her.
Her expression is open, happy, welcoming, and just plain nice.
The eyes actually give her an almost 'other worldly' feeling almost. Besides having a greater shine to it, her hair is pretty much the same as ever.
Ironic when you think about it, her beauty mark is now just a discoloration on her face plating, kinda ironic since it would technically be an 'imperfection' the robotocizer would 'fix', maybe since this isn't Eggman's prototype person he stole from Charles Hedgehog this model takes such things into account.
One thing you notice fast is that she isn't nearly as 'thick' in her arms and legs as the other robians we've seen... that combined with the built in holo-emitters creates the impression her design purpose is of itself TO be visually appealing.
Her pose is incredibly flowing and delicate, a moment captured in time.
