Probably the rest of the horse is some different However, the photo shows a part of a horse beauty.

Yes, very much. That photo is actually the one that caught my attention, due to the ribs seen in the photo. That horse is thin enough to be confiscated by animal services here in the US. Having helped my mother with a large number of rescue cases, i've seen my share of rescued horses that were that thin. They were typically horses fed nothing but rotten produce and a flake of hay every other day.
