i made another one
!ok this one took a lot of time and effort. i swear i looked throught 1,000 spider-man pictures until i found one with Toby Mcquire in the spider-man costume. i really liked the pose so i cut him out of the original picture and used a spider web picture i had as his new background.
I've seen other posters where it looked like Venom was crawling up his arm, so i thought that i would try and do that. it was sort of difficult because the venom was on another layer, so when i went to liquify it i couldn't see where his arm was. i used the paint and smudge tool to create the glossy look for Venom. i think Venom took the longest to work on.
I used the same effect with "Poison".
i spent a lot of time with the color adjustments.
my teacher didn't like how Toby looked in the picture, because "he looks like a super model" (quote Mr. Robertson). so i decided to paste a picture of the mask on top of Toby's face. and i did some color adjustments to the mask like giving it more contrast and making it brighter. also making the eyes blue.
yep it was a fun project

Aunt May said it to Peter in one of the trailers. i thought that it was a cool line and would go well with the poster.
