Props for being creative and going against cliche' depictions of orcs. The horn on the hammer is a nice addition. The upper arm guard and shoulder pad are very creatively designed. I also dig the "ascending in size" kind of spiked vambraces. The hoof-shaped horn on the belt buckle is something unusual too. Leg guards with spikes that are fangs of the creatures depcted on them is a great idea too.
The colouring is kind of uneven - the shoulder pad is coloured really well. The hammer's colours are rather uniform and pale. Great detailing on his face, but chest looks kind of flat (though his muscles and face are highlighted well).
Overall, pic looks very appealing.

I really like the Mesoamerican influence here. It really gives your orc some unique flair.
