Love the shading - the color choice for the skin is very effective. I love the vibrant contrast with the yellow in the eyes. And the hair - the strands that are outside of the main mass of hair give a wonderful web like feel. Well done!

Improved brushwork does an illustration good.

The forehead part makes her head confusing though, is her head leaning back? The volume of hair on the top of the head doesn't suggest so if she is.
