is a account just made 1 month ago and almost steal artworks from others. is long-life deviant and at least he uploaded this image since 2009 (the user profile you mentioned above not even existed that year).
I don't know but you totally misreading the fact. This's original creator and this's original image (not other place unless the creator upload on another personal website or portfolio).
