So pretty much this timeline shows a younger Kaiser Wilhelm II and the Soviets somehow reclaim the lost territory of the former Russian Empire (except Poland and Finland) I figured in a world where Germany won the Great War, I figured they would at least have the Baltic States and possibly Ukraine.

Interestingly enough, if today in our timeline the United States suffers from a division and confrontational threat of this magnitude, I wonder what it should be like in a world without social change. But ask; Martin Luther King and Malcolm X What happened to these two? Could you make a summary of the situation of the American, North and South continents?

Nice map. I would like to see details of modern ACW 2.
Only part that I didn't like nine year WW1. It is a bit unplausable, longest possible WW1 in 1910's would be five years I think.

How come Mongolia isn't an independent buffer state for the Soviets? Why do the Italians not have holdings over Somalia? How come Japan lost Taiwan when Nationalist China lacked an adequate Navy during their Civil War?

That 2nd American Civil War though. Wholly unrealistic, but not unwelcomed.

The US civil war seems to be based on modern day voting patterns. However, given the PoD, with no new deal, it's likely New England would be a lot more Republican and Democrats wouldn't have the lock on black areas you depict them as and would have more rural areas.
