To be fair with G-Man, if Gordon had kept his HEV Suit, he was going to be instatly recognized in HL2, making the start of the game 100 times more dificult, but still... how did he do it?, at least he could ask Gordon or wake him up in the misterious train to get him changed or something XD

No whats under the HEV suit is a skin tight suit..... thing..... like tights...... that is supposed to protect from the inside of the HEV suit that would cause radiation that would sometimes find a way in, rubbing, cold, heat, and some other stuff i suppose.
