I truly love that Papyrus always appears with such exotic clothes, always calling attention, and looking like a lovely weirdo. He looks so extravagant and happy, and maybe a lot of people would give him the stinky eye for looking like that, but he seems beyond happy with so many choices to aid his beautiful self.
