You need this Max script to import the models from the game:

This script is for 3DS Max only, obviously.
I don't remember where the textures are, but you can find them easily in the game folders, use search.
Once you have the model in 3DS Max, you need to create the materials manually. It shouldn't be a big deal as the models are simple. You might need to fix the mesh errors if there are any.
Use Mariokart64's XNALara exporter script to export the model to XNALara. You can then edit the render groups, names, specular values, etc. You can use my ASCII editor to do this.

Also when i'm trying to load converted char_grim_reaper.mesh.ascii model to XPS it gives me "wrong model", so do script when i trying load ascii in 3ds max.

Get a more recent version of Max. The script works fine with Max 2012 and above.
Always name XNALara model files: generic_item.mesh.ascii

I have a long list of games I like. Believe it or not, fighting games are not really my thing, but I liked DoA5, not because of the characters, I liked the fighting system. It was interesting.. for me.
DoA is not the only fighting game I like. I remember I used to play Bloody roar on PlayStation (one) when I was a kid, as well as Street fighter on the old Atari systems, besides a few certain other titles I can't remember.. This brings back memories

my mother herself likes to have her share of playing sometimes from the old days of the Atari system until these days or maybe lets say she had her share of play on PlayStaion one and maybe 2 she used to play with my father car racing or she was like more crushing the cars Β and these days she likes to play on her I Pad
and my entire family likes to play all kind of video games old or new and my older brother bought a few days ago the old family system just to play the original Mario and of course my sisters are joining him in the play and honestly i am thinking of buying Aladdin so i can play it again like i used in my old days Β Β such beautiful days we had Β Β
but no their are more beautiful and wonderful days i had and still having with my all sister when ever a new Resident Evil game or CGI movie come out we all go like crazy from happiness Β Β Β Β
and lets see what we have more Β ....oh yes! there is Silent Hill+ Fatal Frame+Tomb Raider+clock tower+pandemonium+lomax+crash...do i need to say more or is this enough Β
but honestly these days i tend to more like watching my sister when they are playing i mean i stopped playing since they changed the controller system from the arrows to the sticks i find it hard to play with the sticks and because i get too sacred and nervous when i play so i think its better for me to watch than playing or we will never be able to finish the game if i was playing Β Β

No, I disagree with you at this part. Don't stop playing just because of the controller system or because you are afraid to mess up in a game. Messing up can be fun at times (no kidding).. and what are Resident evil games, for example, without a thriller ?
The stick controller system can be annoying at first, but you will get used to it. Besides, many games give you an option to change the controller layout, so you could change it to your liking.
Watching someone playing a game is fun, but it is not comparable to playing it yourself. You ask my opinion ? you should get back into the game Β

now back to the main subject ok i know you are completely right about playing but i am hopeless and i really tried many times to change the option of the controller but i think im not sure but Resident Evil Games the controller options cant be changed so that i can play with the arrows instead of the sticks (OMG! this is really embarrassing )
so whenever i play the character seemed to be stick to the wall all the time no matter what i do or try i cant move normally and then the character stops moving and do you know why?.... i find my fingers glued on the arrows and me pressing so hard trying to escape and i try my best not to scream whenever i see some thing is coming towards me and the character still not moving yes yes so much fun
when i was the best player among my whole family and i used to beat up all my brothers whenever we play a fighting game Β
