You've overused this shot, even if it is from different angles. The blue is unnatural and throws the scene, and contradict each other; blue and brown? Really? Yo're previous pictures of this place work well with the rustic reds and greens, but here it just looks like an admittedly well done Photoshop of the an original picture for a bad 90's film or something.
Well, keep up your other good work!

There's a certain ghostly, unnatural, coldness emanating from this picture...no doubt due to the hypnotic shades of blue bathing the train tracks and the ground...it feels as though ice is suddenly freezing the ground, and slowly snaking up the the buildings as well, as the heavens are watching...celestial decree, maybe?

Interesting what how just using a different white balance, (or effect) can effect the whole mood of a picture

I've been trying to work out how to change the contrast, saturation, gamma and white balance in my pictures, what program should i use? because i can't seem to do it in the ones i've tried

Woah! This is fantastic! Not just a single HDR, but great blue color on rails and fantastic lighting near sun. Only strange thing that the sky under the bridge is blue, not cloudly-brown. But the shot is perfect.
