Someone commissioned me to do a dragon furry head. Any advice on how to make the scales? Any advice is good advice.

You can get the scales off eBay. I recommend you use a tape measurment of the scales. For changing the colour of it then just use spraypaint.

A long time! I'm not really the best at keeping track of specifically how long. This one in particular I've been working on since the start of the year, in between other projects. Just working at it on and off
