A Don't Starve OC I made some time ago. Annabelle, a scared, lonely Neko who was abused for a long period of time. She tends to be very terrified of everything, especially humans. She has a great bond with Chester, but she can have a rude attitude when someone pushes her over the line.ΒGot kinda lazy. I was going to color her pants in, and add a background, but nope. Too lazy. (Great work ethic.) She does wear a large hoodie, but she is really skinny. Kinda like Allison and Ember. <_> I need to stop with the haunted and terrified OCs.

The image I had of her in my head had slightly bigger eyes and smaller ears but it's freaking spot on otherwise. Looks great ^_^

Tanks! ^^ I did add a necklace on her, but when I went to color her hoodie in, it got covered up. It was a small deer skull necklace. Trying to come up with a story for her how she got it.

Okay, how bout this. Chester isn't really from the wild. Well, technically he is, BUTTT!!!!
He had an old master. Annabelle was alone, sad and terrified of this new place maxwell took her, when she saw a dead person lying on the ground. In her hand laid that necklace, along with a dog that was mourning her master's death.
How bout that for a start?

Hmm. Not bad, but I was thinking of something else. Maybe she could have gotten that necklace from a family member who truly loved her. (Unlike her parents in a way. It involves her entire story. I'm still putting pieces together.) Then maybe when she ends up on the island, Maxwell either gets rid of it, or she looses it. Chester finds it and he picks her scent up just to give it back?

Alright yeah, that's a bit deeper than mine. I don't think she should have brothers but I'd say the necklace would probably fit to be a present from a cousin. Like as if they were very close.
Also was the bell on her neck from Maxwell or something she had before? Cause if Maxwell put it on her I can imagine him taking the necklace away. And maybe the first time Chester "opens up" the necklace is inside.

Alright. I'm just going to give a brief description of her story. This is what I've come up with so far.
Annabelle came from rich, snobbish like parents. They had her, and her brother Richard. Richard was more like his parents. Stuck up, always impressing his parents. Annabelle hated that kind of life. She wanted to explore and see the world. She didn't care about money. Her parents would get upset at her cause of it, and her grades in school needed to be improved. They would always say to her that "Why can't you be more like Richard?" Β Since her grades were bad, her parents hired a tutor for her. And that tutor was Maxwell. Her parents and him would get along and be close friends. No one knew how dark or twisted he could be. So he said he would help her. Turns out, what he did was turn her into what she is now. She did manage to escape, but her parents refused to house an "animal" She ended up going to her Uncle's. He wasn't as rich or stuck up, and he took her in for a couple months. He treated her like an actual daughter, and he ended up giving her the necklace. Well, apparently, Maxwell had found where she went. He came to take her away to the island. Her uncle went looking for her, but due to his health problems, he ended up dying of a heart attack a couple days later.Β
And yes, Maxwell did give her the bell. I guess she did like it though that she decided to keep it.

Aww, poor uncle. Well that explains a few things I was wondering about in the story.
But yeah, then I imagine him getting rid of the necklace once Maxwell saw it on her. Replacing it with the bell perhaps? Maybe trying to hide it in her hoodie?
Oh, and Richard Β for me is pretty much the douchiest name a guy can have xD

XD A while back, I made a story about Annabelle and Maxwell. It was one of his abusive moments. I was listening to the song,...um...I don't remember. O-O I think it was called trust me. It's in my stash. It was rather crappy.

Oh and I believe I had read it before. Something about a rose was it? But yeah, I think in that version you had made everything very mature.

Alright, where were we? The necklace, right. So Maxwell takes it away and forces her to put on that bell on her. How about she later goes out to find it and ends up saving Chester who was in trouble in the area where Maxwell threw it away? Then Chester ends up helping her find it.
