My first thought, really good character design, the clothing is simple yet pretty... dunno... cool?
the glossy feel in her "base clothing" looks pretty good.
Now the critiques, check out her right leg, it looks a little flat, maybe add a highlight coming from her right, and the cape, in the lower side looks a little flat too, maybe I just don't get the idea of volume and values good yet, so if you think it's ok, ignore this

yes, maybe i should put some bounce lightning on the leg to make it pop out more. I focused on the main focal points. Still trying to get a balance between result and time. Trying to be more efficient and fast without not making detail suffer. noted for next post. There are more coming.
