Description
A4 size watercolor, from the 2017 inktober series.
The subject of that day was "underwater", and I immediately knew what to draw to illustrate it. My kid was fond of an anime back then called "octonauts", about cute animals exploring the ocean's depths with one mission : to help endangered species (and teach the kids the diversity of marine life). I remember that we had a long train travel on that inktober's day, so I had my daughter pose quickly 5 min before the departure, to have some reference materials for drawing in the train.
Same for the rest of the series, a limited palette, although the hair looks blueish after I corrected en error with white ink.
