I agree there is a bit of noise at the right corner, it's quite easy to fix.
Off center subjects in this case windmills are quickly becoming a passion of mine and i will try out for myself your suggestions just to see the diffrence. I didn't want to take away too much of the right side, because the little hill is what instantly caught my eye, that's why i decided to compose it this way.

This picture caught my eye immediately. The mood of the photo is captivating; it's subtly sad but still very charming. The contrast is also very nice as well, and although the main focus is on the windmill and sky, the grass is still in good focus and contast as well, the sky almost appears as though it's painted, and parts of the windmill are silhouette. All of the techniques in this photo are done very well, and the overall melancholy but sweet mood is something I like a lot as well. Very well done, and a definite favourite of mine. :]

excellent windmill shot!! love windmills - my fav place to take pics is Kinderdijk in Holland they have the most grouped together. Have you been there ?
