I won't get all nerdy here but no, not necessarily. It's a theory that the more compatible they are together the more humanoid they look.

Yea because people say they're contrasting personalities is what makes them a little less than perfect together. And that is a super small mutation. Anyways, just a theory and Zammie can draw hers whatever way she pleases *shrugs*
