Melanie Ten, A.K.A. BATGIRL IV!Along with Terry and Max Melanie has finally decided on joining 'em in their fight against evil of their time.
Oh and the first Batgirl was Babara Gordon followed by Cassandra Cain (off screen) then Stephanie Brown which makes Melanie the 4th.
Batgirl is property of DC Comics.

I like the design, too. It's very good. The yellow bat symbol is an excellent contrast to the black. My only critique is that her feet (because it is all black) appears like she's a mermaid.

Hmm, sorry but I need an explanation of something and you're the first person that came to mind. In Supergirl comics why is Kara Zor El's mother alive? Didn't she blow up along with Krypton?

Zor-El and Alura Zor-El were abducted after Brainiac had found that Argo City had survived old Krypton's destruction and because they used Brainiac's own tech to save their city from the destruction itself (they actually were able to make a force field dome over the city to protect it) Brainiac was successful in being able to home in on them where upon finding 'em Kara was launched in to space all the while Argo was being assimilated with Kandor City (another city that survived Krypton's destruction only due to Brainiac ripping it from the roots off of old Krypton years prior to the planet exploding) Argo City was no more and the bottle city of Kandor was where Kryptonians like Zor-El and Alura who had managed to survive Krypton's destruction now resided, that was till Superman saved the city from Brainiac, re enlarged it to it's proper size on Earth next to his and Supergirl's "Fortress of Solitude".
There's more that followed after but I'm unfortunately bit too tired to get in to it sorry.

why not? cassie caine and babs gordon have sported yellow bats in various incarnations? though it is a bit bold, but that might be different if she was on a background or in action instead of flat posed.

I decided against doing a blue or silver colored one and just ended up settling for a yellow one which I forgot Babs used to sport. *smacks forehead*
