Cool to see you branching out into character design. They feel more like scrawny runway models with those wispy arms and upperbody, add a bit more robust musculature for their brutal professions & I'd be sold! I work with girls that walk many miles a day on high heels and they are elegant but evil affairs that destroy their feet...give the ninja those bad-ass two toed flat shoes, the pirate something they won't slip on a deck awash with surf in. Sorry for my nitpickerin', you can tell me shut up anytime.
