Each one of them speaks badassery fluently and majored in the extremely difficult art of ass-kicking. The Sojourner also majored in philosophy by the way.... and the condor went to a culinary college later.

Is Sojourner an official unit or Neo-Runlar's private army?

That gets a little hairy depending on timeframes - but initially they are a private unit (MKI), then switch to a unit in the dmargo's army (MKII). Secretly after this, there is a whole other tier (the MKIII) secretly employed ONLY by Neo Runlar.
