Description
This is Mel, my new OC for a show called Storm Hawks! It's a new show on Cartoon Network and I became an instant fan! So I had to make an OC! XD; I tried to draw her in the Storm Hawks style too, so yeh! The more I look at her hair color, the more I want to change it... Hmmm... Hope you guys enjoy! I'll be drawing the rest of the Vulcan Vultures soon!

EDIT: I started to develop her and such, so her what I have what I worked out about her so far!

Close-Range Specialist

Ever since Mel was young, she dreamed of becoming a Sky Knight. She trained hard and daily in hopes to fulfill this goal, only to fail miserably at the Sky Knight trials. Heartbroken, Mel ended up traveling on her own in hopes of finding something to do with her life. This continued for a while until she met the Sky Knight, Rooke, who was searching for some new crew members. Rooke interested with Mel and her somewhat interesting combat skills, asked Mel to join his squadron, the Vulcan Vultures. Mel with nothing to really lose agreed to join the Vulcan Vultures as the close-range specialist!

Aside from that, Mel is a girl who enjoys the simple things in life. No matter how many missions she takes she never gets tired of the wind in her hair when riding on her Air Skimmer. But one thing that brings her down constantly is her carelessness, which was what prevented her from passing the Sky Knight Trials. From forgetting to bringing the crystal that powers her energy sabers to common mistakes on the battle feild, her mistakes will often come close to costing the Vulcan Vultures a mission. But in time, Mel may learn to prevent such careless mistakes... With a little tough disapline from Rooke here and there.

She also has a little crush on Junko of the Storm Hawks. *shot*
