Love the sci-fi-themed character portraits you make! They're really good, and I especially like this one. It must be the neat orange, blue and white color scheme

Okay, so the water arm is an amazing touch. The only other characters I've seen use water for limbs are Aquaman (water hand), and the chick from Avatar: Legend of Korra who had tentacle arms.

I dont think the arm is absorbing the water. It kinda looks like he splitted some water from his (water)arm to make this sphere waterball... dunno.
