By the way, nice use of shading! If you don't mind me suggesting, I think if you do this combination of shading again you should use some background light (or maybe something in the front that show light shining onto the model) and lens flare~ The background just kinda looks too empty.
But Kuudere herself is beautiful, her hair is extremely realistic and ruffled (or maybe it's called messy, goodness I'm awful at english and it's synonyms...) and I love your version of her. I just adore that you used the original uniform that Yandere Dev made~ most yandere simulator modelers use the basic placeholder uniform so seeing Kuudere (one of my favorite characters and personality types) wearing this makes me so happy~
