She is very pretty and she has a rather nice design. I especially love her clothing design and its color scheme, her hair is also a lovely shade of blue.
Are the magic effects made by you or are they some sort of brush? Either way they look awesome!

for the magic circles, I used some Photoshop Brushes
and for the glows and auras, I just used the air brush on SAI
