This is Namsoon and Sad Eyes from the Korean film "Duelist". I saw the movie at a convention this weekend and was impressed with it. Sadly it got very bad reviews. I don't understand how though, maybe because people were expecting an all out action movie? It's more of a romance film. I also bought the limited edition DVD (with subtitled extras!) w00t. I really like the chemistry between the two charas. I've been wanting to draw them ever since I saw the movie

I watched this movie right after school only because i just wanted to watch something... but damn.. O_O I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS MOVIE!! I LOVE THEIR SWORD/TWIN DAGGER FIGHT O_O IT WAS AWESOME! SHE MOVES SOO GRACEFUL BUT IN THE MOVIE SHE WALKS SOO MANLY..and I need to stop typing in caps... x-x...yeah I'm totally gonna do a drawing for teh movie

Never heard of this movie before, but I know the actress and actor. It looks fairly interesting =]

It's an "artsy action film" there's very little blood and gore. It focuses mainly on the characters and how they interact. The action sequences can be sort of dragged out but I liked it. It was something new and fresh compared to all the "lightening fast" kung-fu/ninja/samurai stuff.

Excellent work with the lighting, especially the lamps and the effects on the hair. The golden colours mixed into their natural colour is a great touch, and makes the whole picture feel warm, even though the image seems a bit melancholic.

Well she's supposed to a detective investigating a counterfeit money case. He happens to be a "confused bad guy". It's a romance movie more than an action film (which probably disappointed alot of guys).
