This is one of the first big villains of AstroGenesis (Spiritwave renamed). He is the Leader of Cloud 9, A Guild of Assassins that run the Whale-Oil Trade of Genesis (The universe the story takes place in)
This dude has been a planned character from the very early stages of AstroGenesis, I had a few old sprites of him that were pretty awful so i redesigned them.

I'm not going to go into a lot of detail about the characters story as it's not fully fleshed out yet but i will go over his Background, Abilities, Equipment, and the Forms showcased.

Background:
Name: Azaezel (Codename: Diablo)
Race: Elzaen (Elf) Moroi (Vampire)
Height: 8'5
Weight: 200 lbs
Status: Leader of Cloud 9 & Pandora Shard Holder
Tempo: Portal Tempo [Unique] (Ability to generate and manipulate Portals at will)
Rhythm: Savate Rhytme (Legs and Feet based fighting style)

Abilities:
Azaezel is very skilled and proficient in combat. He uses the Savate Rhythm, a french fighting style utilizing the Feet, Knees, and Shins to create deadly blows. Azaezel also has Portal Tempo, a unique Tempo type giving him the ability to create and control portals as he sees fit. This gives him a huge advantage in combat as he can use portals to teleport enemy attacks away, teleport himself away from danger, as well as teleport his own attacks at his opponents. Azaezel is very skilled with his control of his Tempo as well, utilizing his Savate Rhythm and fighting with his Legs, while generating portals with his hands gives him a major advantage over his opponents.

Combat aside Azaezel can also use his portals to teleport anywhere within the universe in the condition that he has been there before. This technique is super overpowered as he can essentially be in multiple places that are light-years apart at once. However Azaezel's portal abilities are limited by his stamina. Azaezel being a skilled a fighter and proficient with his Tempo gives him a vast pool of stamina to draw from, but the farther he creates portals the more stamina it takes, so he refrains from using the long distance portals unless for emergencies.

As Cloud 9 is essentially a Vampire Covenant, Azaezel becomes stronger with every member existing in his covenant and there are currently 7 members, this gives Azaelzel a large strength buff.

Equipment:
Azaezel wields one of the 12 Pandora Shards, Legendary weapons forged by the ancient Pandorians.

Azaezel wields the shard of The Snake. When his shard transforms he gets access to a powerful set of Leg Armor, greatly enhancing his Savate Rhythm for combat.

Forms Showcased:
Base Form - Azaezels base form.
Pandora Gear - After Opening his Pandora Shard He gains access to this powerful Leg Armor.
Blood Release - Due to his Moroi bloodline, Azaezel gets further access to this form, boosting his stats greatly.
Blood Vindicate - Further tapping into his Moroi powers, he gains acess to this inredibly powerful form, at the cost of his stamina.

Inspiration:

Azaezels biggest inspiration was Dio (Jojo's Bizarre adventure)
Other inspirations include Loki (Marvel), Frieza (Dragonball), Orochimaru (Naruto), Garou (One Punch Man), Boros (One Punch Man), and Janemba (Dragonball)
