This item IS a Hatsune Miku Vocaloid Easter Egg Item. Hatsune Miku's name is translated as "First Sound of the Future", you can see, that the item description is based on this. The "~ n__n" is a parody of the comments of Miku's videos on nicovideo where many comments end with "~www". a short "w" is "lol" and a longer "w" (like "wwww") is related to "rofl".
Many items are related to other games or series. Like the "Sphere Sidekick" is an easter egg for the "Companion Cube" from Portal for example. The easter egg is just a round version of the cube with a "G" on it instead of a heart.
