Aubrey is not exactly made out of hero material; she’s quick to give up and start crying. Whenever things don’t go her way, she retorts to tears and whining. But all of that only when she’s around a responsible person, like an adult or an older kid that she can rely on. If in the given situation she’s the eldest, she’ll hold back tears and try to act accordingly, even when in reality she’s on the verge of throwing tantrum. She owns strong sense of responsibility.
She’s quick to make friends and enjoys having company. Once she sets her mind on a person and marks them as a friendly being, she’ll glue herself to them and do her best to get pampered by them whenever it’s possible.
Aubrey tries to see the best of people which can usually be interpreted as her being naive and it’s true. She is naive, not very judgmental and will believe anything.
Her kind nature makes her very aware of her surroundings and care for almost everything and everyone. You’d hardly see her be mean to someone, but that also thanks to her being easily discouraged, so she’d rather give up on something than start a fight.

♕ History: Aubrey is the eldest daughter of a young Jewish couple. The mother is an architect and the father is a writer. The pair met in Germany, her father’s birth place, during an internship her mother had as a student. Later on they moved in together to Britain.
The family’s income was always stable and when she turned three, they had another girl, Molly. Aubrey did not feel like she has been replaced and in fact became very attached to her baby sister.
As a traditional, but not a conservative, Jewish family, they do celebrate the Jewish holidays as well as the Christian ones. So the Hanukah-Christmas period is the absolute fun time of gifts for the Kupper sisters.
For Aubrey’s 6th birthday, the family went together to the Lewdell Theme Park to celebrate the occasion. All thrilled and excited, Aubrey dragged her parents and sister around the place, from one attraction to another. And once her sister fell asleep, the mother decided to stay in the resting zone with the baby carriage, making her husband to keep an eye on the birthday girl.
After having himself pushed into wagons and carousels, the father suggested Aubrey to join the rest of the family and get some ice cream. While they were waiting in line for the ice cream, Aubrey noticed something in the bushes nearby. Wondering what it was, she mumbled to her father that she’ll be right back and went over, looking for an answer.
As she bent over looking behind the plants, she found a white rabbit. Too excited to miss out the chance to pet one, she started following the little creature to a hole. She crawled inside and the next thing she knew, she wasn’t anywhere near the park she visited with her family, what it seemed to her, a moment ago.
