This is a very cute piece, I like it a lot! It's quite good and normally I'd leave it at that but since you requested critique there are a few things I'll suggest.
The level of detail is pretty good and makes for a good quality drawing, but there are a couple little things - for example, Sherlock's scarf doesn't have fringe like you've drawn in this piece. Also, he has curly hair. It would look more like Sherlock if you did his hair with more wavy lines, maybe even a few ringlets here and there. Also, though I'm aware it's partly to do with the chibi design, I think he'd look better with a nose. Just a little "<" would do.
Another thing that would really give this chibi a boost is some shading & highlighting. I won''t advise you on exactly how to do that because there are a million different techniques and it also depends on the program you're using. If you search for tutorials on this website you'll get lots of good instruction. A little shading can go a LONG way to the overall look of your piece!
One final point - your colors seem a bit dull to me. If that was your intention, then no problem but if you weren't purposely striving for muted colors, I would say don't be afraid to ramp it up! Brighter, bolder colors (especially on the fire) can help attract attention to your art and make it more visually appealing!

For the critic...I would recommend adding some highlights and shading to your drawing, even though I also like the quite simple style it has now. And give Sherl a bit more of his lovely curls! 
I actually like how you chose the colours...except the red could be a bit more intensive.
