It must have been tough drawing this perspective, 'cause it looks great!
I think the buildings look as if they were jumbled there, because of the different ways it was facing...but maybe it's an effect you're doing
Though her legs and lower body should be a little smaller than the upper part since the legs and things below are facing the vanishing point, and the way her body got twisted kinda made her oddly angled. 
But wow, I can't do something like this so I'm still in awe at your skills~

This is absolutely amazing! Your foreshortening, background, hair and how the hair floats in the air, lighting of the moon, crinkles and folds in the clothes, the eyes and everything else is just perfect! Not to mention she looks so adorable!
