This time featuring Shiloh the Umbreon of the New Moon Squad with palette challange 2's number 7 palette (the red is from a normal Umbreon).

And Shiloh is not shiny but because of the palette request he probably looks like it...
I'm very happy with how he turned out and it was a fun challenge trying out a limited colour range.
