Waterbenders! <3
I wanted the costume to somewhat resemble Korean traditional dress, so I added a hanbok top
When I was finished inking, I realized that somehow the hair looks like a strange mix between Rukia and Kenpachi from Bleach, LOL...Any constructive criticism is appreciated! ^.^

Wow! This is great! I love this character. She just looks so happy and carefree. I also love the design of her outfit.
However, I do see that you could improve on your water. It looks sorta like fire, as in the way it moves and how she appears to be bending it. Waterbending usually requires two arms to move the water away. Other than those few things, this picture is absolutley amazing!
