well if we are talking about the final of manga, it could be Ed's shirt, but it could be from Roy too, then Winry could be betraying Ed (such bad girl ). However, if we are talking about the final of first series (after the movie) and if it is Roy's shirt, then she is trying to forget Edward after he abandoned her.
