Entry for "History" theme~Tsundere: a Japanese character development process that describes a person who is initially cold and even hostile towards another person before gradually showing their warm side over time. The word is derived from the terms Tsun Tsun (ツンツン?), meaning to turn away in disgust, and Dere Dere (デレデレ?) meaning to become 'lovey dovey'.
For some reason, Katara ended up being really pissy and Zuko is super eager to please... I imagine this happens at some point when Zuko first joins the gang but I'm not sure if it could be canon because I don't remember if they actually knew that they were Blue Spirit and Painted Lady... >_>;; But basically, Katara is so embarrassed that there's a legend about the Blue Spirit and the Painted Lady being lovers that she lashes out in denial! Oh Katara, you silly girl.
Not sure how many people might actually understand Zuko's reaction. xD

Wow, it's really awesome that you fleshed out this legend so much!! That could totally be the legend she's reading. xD;; I imagined her to be reading an academic sort of history book about legends and folklore but she could just as well be reading the actual legend.
