"This would be perfect if it weren't for the blade being a distraction over the face. I agree it needs to be across the face in some fashion but not directly across the middle. The face and blade are battling for attention instead of being symbiotic. Perhaps drop the blade just to the chin. You might have to photoshop the blade off the handle and move it or rotate the entire layer.
Just try it and see how it looks."
i agree, and i have to add that the typography of "this christmas" has a lot of visual weight, moreso than the actual title, simply because it's on a pure black background rather than on a texture

wow...what did you do to the blade and his face to make it so...clear yet it's kinda grainy. I dunno how to explain it. I like it a lot! what'd you do?! lol
