Wow, first, this is really awesome. I love the golden glow standing for the light on the clouds, and the purple mid tones for shadows. The way the dragon's wings are positioned kind of make it seem almost angelic. And the way you've got the legs to look like the creature's running through the sky is interesting, but instead I would have maybe extended the front legs before its chest and folded at the wrist and the back legs sitting against the tail. Just saying what I'd do. And its really cool how the clouds ahead of the dragon are sort of dark... Kind of like you were depicting that its heading into a mystery. Super awesome.

First of all I have to say, that it is a wonderfull piece of art.
The surface of the clouds looks very realistic, some parts seem to be more solid while others are more blurred and give the expression of a softer surface.
The choice of colours matches those of a dawn perfectly and are not overcontrasted, quite contrary, through the colour-scheme is pretty pale, you managed to create a realistic look of surfaces and space.
I also really adore how you put a part of the cloud further behind into the shadow or rather painted it darker, by that you created a lot more depth and gave the observer a better idea of the light-source, which is not visible in this picture.
The dragon is neatly painted like the rest of the picture, and its bright colours as well as the soft shading fits perfectly into the overall image.
Especially with the wings you have done a great job, they look very detailed, but still soft.
The only thing I have to criticize here is the dragonΒ΄s posture. The legs are positioned in a way that reminds of swimming, even looks a little flouncing, though a flying animal will always keep its limbs(except the wings of course) as close to the body as possible to avoid resistance and friction from the air.
Still it is a wonderfull picture, and I hope to see more of you.

I'm especially very grateful that you mentioned that the colour-scheme isn't too pale! As I was always wondering if the colour-scheme didn't have enough contrast in others' eyes :U

It actually never occured to me to check up how flying creatures look like when they are actually flying XD It will be a great help/reminder in the future so I can draw more realistic poses! <3 It all makes sense, I cannot believe I never thought of air resistance before xD
