Lol tell me about it; I've been using assorted pens for some inktober sketches and even though it's fun it's soo time consuming.
Your lines just looked a crisp black so I assumed they were done in pen

Haha. I've been wanting to participate in that too but I've never had the time to do so. Animation's pretty heavy on me. ;_;
The trick to crisp lines is curves. They turned out really sharp and vivid when I increased the contrast a little.
